Caroline is a senior learning leader and performance consultant specialising in closing the skills gap through upskilling, reskilling, and out-skilling.
Voted by Growth Engineering as one of the top 20 L&D experts and influencers to watch in 2021, Caroline has developed a reputation for pushing the boundaries of learning innovation.
Following an early career as a professional dancer, Caroline qualified as a Chartered Insurer with AXA. It was here that she moved into L&D, and she’s never looked back.
During her career she’s led multi-award-winning learning teams in a number of well-known blue-chip organisations, including the Prudential, Thomas Cook Group and AstraZeneca. Her current role is with the Novartis Learning Institute.
When she’s not busy working, Caroline enjoys nothing more than a Friday night kitchen disco with her kids and a nice cup of tea to relax.
