Kenny Temowo

Kenny Temowo is head of Talent Management and Leadership development for Netflix UK. He’s spent almost two decades in learning and education, working as a consultant with clients such as the BBC, Vodafone, Rolls-Royce, and has led in-house teams within scale-up organisations. Kenny is a trained coach, and is particularly interested in how organisations nurture and scale culture effectively.

Kenny lives in London, with his wife and two daughters. And when he’s not working for Netflix, or  with his family, he’ll often be recording and writing music.
