Barbara is a seasoned learning & performance professional with a mix of in-house and consulting experience covering a number of disruptive and high-hazard sectors. Her mix of creativity and analysis enables her to design strategies and focused experiences which bake in human-centered design. Ultimately illuminating challenges and pain points to optimise learning products and services.
Her inspiration comes from a variety of sources including two unlikely environments, one is based on improv classes she undertook and the other being the fast paced world of sports. During her formative years Barbara participated in track and field events and she sees the application of sports science and peak performance as relevant to the learning narrative. For her it’s the linkage between coaching, performance, data, psychology, and an individuals mindset that wraps around learning and not an obsession with formats.
