Sandra is a consultant, coach and facilitator, with 16 years’ experience. She has worked in several senior consultancy roles and headed up L&D teams. Her work empowers people to be curious, confident and resilient, positively impacting performance and wellbeing.
Sandra develops and delivers strategic People and Organisational Development projects, providing support to transforming UK and global businesses to shape future direction, achieve goals and improve performance.
Sandra’s commitment and passion for enabling people and organisations envision and reach their full potential, helps build capability whilst empowering growth and collaboration. She has a strong ability to think holistically, build strong relationships and credibility with an honest, compassionate, energetic approach.

Sandra has worked across multiple functions and all levels to create and implement Leadership, Change and Talent initiatives using inputs from positive psychology, neuroscience and a blended approach that have really made a difference.
When not at work Sandra’s passions include photography, practicing yoga, live music and all things food and travel.

Key client work
Government – Works with Senior Leaders/Employees on a significant Change programme. Supporting managers with cultural change and transition, health, wellbeing, resilience, storytelling, change messages, reactions to change and how to lead teams in an uncertain world. 1-1 coaching with managers on how to think differently, change mindset and unconscious bias.
Global Technology/Media/Comms – Delivered a Management Summit for 40 leaders in Europe. 2 days of development involving topics such as Career Conversations, Virtual Teams, Change, Manager Effectiveness, Performance, Impact, Motivation, Courageous Conversations, D&I and Talent.
Facilitated a highly interactive programme for senior managers and exec, equipping them to drive change, bring values and beliefs to life and encourage a high-performance culture. Utilised 360 tools to encourage feedback and strengths development allowing the participants to increase their self-awareness and develop personal and leadership capabilities
Education – Created and delivered an integrated Talent Management and Leadership & Management strategy and solutions, including coaching framework, mentoring and succession planning enhancing capabilities for over 150 leaders up to Executive Director. Consisted of workshops, reflective practice and action learning groups to enable people to think differently. Coached managers and employees.
Developed and facilitated Continuous Improvement Workshops that optimised frameworks and processes for faculties and departments, improving service to customers and stakeholders.
Created and delivered a culture change programme for all levels, focusing on health and wellbeing, creating a resilient workforce that were more positive and engaged with Change.
Designed and developed Graduate, Succession planning and Talent Management frameworks and programmes and sessions on how to identify and recruit talent. Coaching for Senior Leaders on how to mentor and develop Graduates.
Retail – Supported, managed and delivered the Global Leadership & Talent programme up to Senior Director, demonstrating improvement in capabilities and behavioural change.
Designed and developed Graduate resourcing and development strategy and programme. Managed and redesigned the future leaders programme, resulting in several colleague promotions to manager level.
Construction and utilities – Working with senior leaders and teams on team effectiveness, team profiling and strengths. Delivered sessions on accountability, team spirit and motivation
Charity/Voluntary – Delivery of programmes to managers and teams on Leadership and Change e.g. influence and persuade, motivational styles, performance management, relationships and strengths, D&I.
Developed and delivered workshops for International Women’s Day on building confidence, coaching participants to shift mindsets and overcome barriers.
All – Develops and delivers strategies and initiatives for all colleagues on behavioural skills, team effectiveness, D&I, ethics, performance management, customer service, sales, onboarding, culture change and employee engagement up to senior leaders
1:1 coaching with exec and senior leaders on various topics e.g. change, personal effectiveness, difficult conversations, inspiring teams, restructures, new leadership teams, confidence, strengths, values of organisation, ethics, D&I.
Designed and developed Apprenticeship programmes. Managed L&D functions and strategies, transforming processes and ways of working.
Facilitates team effectiveness away days, cross function reflective practice groups that reduced Silos and improved ways of working across teams.
Delivery of Leadership and Change programmes to all levels including influence and persuade, stress, how to thrive and flourish, performance management and strengths.
Sandra developed and delivered strategies and activities for our Service’s leadership team including master-classes, workshops for emerging leaders on topics such as Inspiring Excellence in Others, Communicating and Influencing and developed a framework and online toolkit in talent management. Sandra designed and delivered a Change Readiness Programme for staff and managers experiencing change. Sandra worked effectively with Service Directors to develop strategies for our senior management team.
