Michelle has worked in L&D for over 12 years within Telco, IT Software, Resources and Pharma industries. In her current role at Vodafone, Michelle works with a team to build Job Ready capability programs for Vodafone’s global technology audience covering Digital transformation big bets such as APIs, Cloud, Agile, Design, Data Analytics and AI. These re-skilling learning paths start from entry level through to expert, with projects, mentoring and digital badging used to support learners looking to either make a career change, through to building deep experts. This shift in a skills first mentality will play a key role in learning culture change programs this year.
Prior to a career in L&D, Michelle worked in communications and is passionate about the importance that effective communications and learning campaigns play in the learning experience.
