Jack joined Virgin Media in his first full-time L&D role in January 2018 after spending nearly five years in sales at TAP (The Training Foundation). It was here that he worked closely with Heads of L&D trying to implement a consistent approach to skills across their teams. In 2018 he was supported as The LPI Sponsored Learning Professional of the Year.
His role in Virgin Media is to help drive commercial impact from personal and management development programmes, pulling on his vendor-side knowledge to offer a different angle or approach. It’s this unique insight into leveraging both sides of the industry that help him to achieve his passion of closing the L&D skills gap to show the true potential of the L&D Profession.
