For 20 years Debbie has worked in the areas of leadership development, business development and talent management across professional services, financial services and retail. Currently Debbie is the Global Head of Learning for Egon Zehnder, a leadership advisory and executive search firm spanning over 40 countries. Prior to roles in leadership development she worked as a financial broker during an economic boom where she found herself training other stock brokers, which set a path for her career in learning and development.
Debbie has unique experience in the connection between business development and talent development, viewing talent as the driver for increasing value and building lasting relationships. She believes investing in people prepares organizations for today’s agile, digital and complex world. Everyone has potential to learn and grow through the actions we take, the experiences we seek and the mindsets we develop. A native of Minnesota (USA), she has a BA in International Business, a MSc in Organizational Psychology and is a certified executive coach. Over the past few years she has been exploring wellness within organizations and has begun training in complementary and alternative therapy approaches.
