With almost 30 years’ L&D experience in the corporate sector, Billy is passionately committed to innovation, transformation and continuous improvement. Helping customers achieve their goals is the ‘north star’ of all activity.

Billy currently runs business operations (for L&D) where his global team span across 22 countries in EMEA, APJ and the Americas. Operations include reporting and analytics, class forecasting and scheduling, tools and technology, business process engineering, and the global program management office. Billy is a Dell Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador and an LPI Fellow. Billy’s brand in his own words: ‘I get stuff done’.
