Simon Gibson

Simon Gibson is Group Head of L&D at Marks and Spencer running a team covering the entire company and employee lifecycle. Responsible for defining/transforming the strategy and vision for learning across M&S, and for creating world-class learning experiences for 65,000 +colleagues, managers and leaders.
