Charles Jennings

Charles is known globally for his work with the 70:20:10 model. In 2016 he co-founded the 70:20:10 Institute with two Dutch colleagues. The three had jointly written the first major practical book on using the 70:20:10 methodology. The 70:20:10 Institute works by partnering with organisations around the world to offer accreditation through its 70:20:10 Expert program as well providing other services that utilise its 70:20:10 methodology.
Through his company Duntroon Consultants, Charles also offers consultancy services globally, helping organisations transform their people and talent development strategies and learning approaches and work smarter using 70:20:10 principles.

Charles is a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI) and Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (FRSA). He is also a director of The Internet Time Alliance, a multinational think-tank of leading business and performance practitioners.
